Enjoy relaxing into a soothing class designed to help increase your reach and flexibility and leave you enveloped in feelings of peace and calm. Stretch Yoga is suitable for all levels of experience and will help melt built-up tension with a gentle combination of Hatha, flow, yin and restorative yoga.
A great general-level class suitable for all levels. This session focuses on traditional poses, alignment and slightly longer holds with stillness between poses for integration. A wonderfully holistic strengthening and conditioning class that will also increase your flexibility, power and ease of movement. Breath work and meditation is also included to help bring balance to mind, body and soul.
A private session with one of our friendly instructors will enhance your introduction to yoga with a more personalised, attentive approach targeted specifically to your individual needs and preferred pace. These sessions will cover the basics of yoga, focus on your technique and answer any questions you may have. Private sessions can be ongoing or a one-off to help you feel more comfortable transitioning into our weekly classes.
