Stronger. Fitter. Leaner. Healthier. Our Strength and Cardio classes are high quality small group training for all fitness levels. Each class you can expect to be using different tools and equipment while pushing, pulling, rotating, squatting and hinging to keep your mind and body active.
The Strength and Cardio sessions combine aerobic ( think exercises that make you huff and puff! ) and strength training to achieve a full body workout.
An initial assessment with one of our Physiotherapists is required prior to the commencement of the program.
