Our Movement for Mental Health classes have been specifically created for people with mental health illnesses such as anxiety and depression. The small group sessions are run by our highly trained staff and assist individuals with mental health illnesses to remain physically active in a fun, social and supportive environment. These classes are suitable for all age groups, fitness levels and backgrounds.
The Movement for Mental Health sessions combine aerobic ( think exercises that make you huff and puff! ), strength training, flexibly and balance activities to achieve a full body workout.
An initial assessment with one of our Physiotherapists is required prior to the commencement of the program.
