Group Physiotherapy classes are small group classes run by a Physiotherapist with individually designed exercise and treatment programs for each class participant.
These classes are suitable for people who are currently undergoing treatment or rehabilitation from a recent injury, are maintaining performance after recovering from injury or who want to perform at their best to prevent injuries from occurring.
Participants in the group physiotherapy class use a range of exercise techniques including Pilates inspired exercises using equipment such as the Pilates reformer and Trapeze table, resistance exercises using weights and exercise bands and body weight exercise.
A full assessment by one of our physiotherapists is required before participating
in these classes. Your assessment ensures our physiotherapist can design a program specifically tailored for your individual needs.
